Gandaki Pradesh (Nepali: गण्डकी प्रदेश), is one of the federal provinces formed by the current constitution of Nepal that was adopted on 20 September 2015. Pokhara is the capital city of this province. It borders Tibet Autonomous Region of China to the north, Province No. 3 to the east, Province No. 5 and Karnali Pradesh to the west, and the Province No. 5 and Uttar Pradesh of India to the south. The total area of the province is 21,504 km2. According to the 2011 Nepal census, the population of the province is 1,570,418 and estimated population is 2,403,757 (on 1 January 2016).
Initially known as Province No. 4, the newly elected Provincial Assembly adopted Gandaki Pradesh as the permanent name for the province in July 2018.

初选为第4省,新当选的省议会于2018年7月通过Gandaki Pradesh为该省的永久名称。
