[其他]马尔代夫一级区划是4个市+17个环礁吗？ [复制链接]

中文维基和本站资料里都只有马累和阿杜两个市，英文维基里是4个市，另外两个市Fuvahmulah City、Haa Dhaalu介绍的也不是很清楚。

马尔代夫的页面我还是2017年更新的，是很久没有关心了。
按马尔代夫1万人和适当的基础设施可以设市的条件看，除了马累，肯定是阿杜（S）最符合，这都是有国际机场的。维基既然有人写了另2地，那可能有本吧。我查了下：

Gn环礁（R）如果设市的话，应该是行政环礁整个改市，因为他严格说不是环礁，就一个岛，没有潟湖的。

Kulhudhuffushi 是HDh环礁委员会（B）所在地。如果设市，那B环礁的首府应该会搬迁到1992年前的老首府Nolhivaranfaru吧。
个人感觉，Ku……岛设市后，HDh环礁委员会有可能还在，就是马累市和马累环礁一样分开。这跟阿杜环礁不同，阿杜环礁岛屿少，而且相互通桥，市议会联络各地很方便。但是HDh 环礁很散，只设一个市议会对其他岛屿不见得好。

Medhu-Uthuru Province; consists of Kaafu Atoll, Alifu Alifu Atoll, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll and Vaavu Atoll.
Medhu Province; consists of Meemu Atoll, Faafu Atoll and Dhaalu Atoll.
Medhu-Dhekunu Province; consists of Thaa Atoll and Laamu Atoll.
Mathi-Dhekunu Province; consists of Gaafu Alifu Atoll and Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll.
Dhekunu Province; consists of Gnaviyani Atoll and Addu City.
