[美洲]智利201708批准增设第16大区纽夫莱大区，201809正式设立 [复制链接]

智利在2007年从13个区增加到15个区。这个月，智利增设了第16区，即分第八大区比奥比奥大区（驻地康塞普西翁）北部的努布雷省（驻地奇廉）设立第16大区，努布雷大区。
2017年8月19日，智利总统批复。

Chile is divided in regions. For long time they used to be 13. It wasin 2007 when 2 regions got split in two, resulting in a new amount of15.
When there were only 13 regions, their location on the map was quitelogical: From north to south their number was increasing in order.  Theonly exception was the Metropolitan Region (where Santiago is located),which is in the middle (between the 5th and 6th region). Its officialnumber is the 13, but it is never called like that, it is just known as“Región Metropolitana”.
In 2007 the 10th region was divided in two. Then, the region number14 “Los Ríos” was created. Even though its official number is 14,  it islocated between the 9th and 10th. The same year, the first region gotsplit in two as well, and the region 15th  was created. It islocated before the first region. So, since 2007 the first region of thecountry from north to south is the 15th, and the second one is thefirst.

Lamañana de este jueves 20 de agosto es un día histórico: una nuevaregión se suma a la lista para que todos nos aprendamos desde ahora,luego de que la Presidenta Bachelet firmó el proyecto de ley que crea la Región de Ñuble.
En una ceremonia en que conmemoró el natalicio de Bernando O’Higgins en Chillán, la Mandataria aprobó la iniciativa que crea la decimosexta región del país, la cual se divide en tres provincias: Del Valle Itata, del Diguillín y de Punilla.Juntas concentran cerca del 22% de los habitantes de la VIII región delBío Bío (440 mil personas aproximadamente), repartidas en 21 comunas enuna superficie de más de 13 mil kiómetros cuadrados.

Alrespecto, Bachelet afirmó que “no se trata de una firma cualquiera, conesto estamos dando un paso más, un paso largo y firme en ese largocaminar hacia un Chile más descentralizado, donde sus regiones se construyen desde su gente, sus propios territorios y sus propias instituciones. Y esto no tiene vuelta atrás, y sólo puede culminar cuando haya más poder efectivo para las regiones”.

新的16大区的范围即原来的努布雷省，设立努布雷大区后，将分设3个省。

首都算十三大区XIII吗？

算。首都的代码就是13，只是没有正式叫“第十三大区”。其他的“第一大区”……都是正式名称。

人口增加了？

人口倒是一直在增加。

从人口上来说，原第八大区的人口在原15个大区中排第二位，仅次于遥遥领先的首都大区。
拆分后，剩下的第八大区（康塞普西翁）仍排第三位，次于首都大区和第五大区（瓦尔帕莱索），这也是仅有的3个人口超过100万的大区。
新设的第十六大区的人口46万（2012年普查），排16个大区的第10位。但比2007年设立的第14、15两个大区人口要多不少。

面积的话，第十六大区将是最小的一个大区，但还是超过1万平方公里。第14、15两个大区分别为1.8万和1.6万。

新的第十六努布雷大区，还是保持了智利每个大区（除首都外）都既沿海，又靠山（靠安第斯山脉跟阿根廷接壤）的传统。
但是努布雷大区的海岸线卫星图上看，好像没有码头。

这段话后来又改了，时间则精确到2018年9月6日。

In 2015 the Ñuble Region law which converts the Ñuble Province into a Region, was proposed.[5] In August 2017 a law to create the new territorial division was promulgated by the President of the Republic in Chillán.[6][7] It will become operational on 6 September 2018.[8]

康塞普西翁 可以继续分出 洛桑赫莱斯
瓦尔帕莱索 可以分裂出 圣安东尼奥
蒙特港 可以分裂出 奥索尔诺 卡斯特罗

首都区再分。

奇洛埃岛单飞必要性很大，人口、城建都不错，
奇洛埃大区，驻卡斯特罗，可分卡斯特罗、克利翁、安库德三省。

蓬塔阿雷纳斯到圣地亚哥没有公路可走。
最南部的威廉斯港只能轮渡到乌斯怀亚，跨国到蓬塔阿雷纳斯。

科伊艾克到蒙特港也要轮渡好几次。
