安达曼和尼科巴群岛，拉克沙群岛并不属于南部大区，更不属于任何大区，但是作为南部大区的观察员。
每个大区设有“咨议会”，比如Southern Zonal Council。有5个大区的咨议会是根据1956年的地方重组法设立的，东北大区的咨议会则是在1971年设立。锡金邦参加东北大区，虽然和其他的邦被孟加拉邦隔开。

可惜當初中央領導腦子沒轉過彎來，沒有干涉印度吞併錫金。如果像現在馬爾代夫事件這樣果斷出兵恫嚇，現在邊境形勢能好很多。

为什么北方邦属于中央大区？

大区有什么实际权力和地位吗？？？

因爲不丹是凖邦，錫金屬東北也合理。

中国不是印度，中国发错误版图不入刑，印度是要入刑的。因为在印度要入刑，所以国际上都以印度的主张划分中印边界。
测绘地理信息局撤销后，更没有人管地图这一块了。

中央区就两个邦，北方邦和中央邦

回复楼上，中央大区包含恰斯蒂加尔邦、中央邦、北方邦、北阿坎德邦，共四个邦。

Zonal Councils of India
The States have been grouped into six zones having an Advisory Council "to develop the habit of cooperative working" among these States. Zonal Councils were set up vide Part-III of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956. The North Eastern States' special problems are addressed by another statutory body - The North Eastern Council, created by the North Eastern Council Act, 1971. The present composition of each of these Zonal Councils is as under:

Northern Zonal Council, comprising Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Rajasthan;
North-Eastern Zonal Council, comprising Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura; The State of Sikkim has also been included in the North Eastern Council vide North Eastern Council (Amendment) Act, 2002 notified on 23 December 2002.
Central Zonal Council, comprising the States of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh;
Eastern Zonal Council, comprising Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal;
Western Zonal Council, comprising Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra;
Southern Zonal Council, comprising Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep are not members of any of the Zonal Councils. However, they are presently special invitees to the Southern Zonal Council

恰斯蒂加尔邦、北阿坎德邦原来是从中央邦和北方邦、分出来的

大概都是印度斯坦族人

大区咨议会这东西是学英国的，英国每个大区都有自己的地方当局领导人会议（local authority leaders' boards），东英格兰的叫地方政府联盟（East of England Local Government Association）

可以把那个走廊地区划归锡金邦

那里本来就属于锡金的，只是后来被英国人占领并入了孟加拉邦

因为那个走廊地区其实属于锡金的，只是后来英国人打败锡金后，被并入了印度，再并入了孟加拉邦。

既然现在锡金已经并入印度，就该把走廊地区划归锡金邦
