[综合][求助]现在世界上还有多少租借地或称租界(比如古巴的关塔那摩)? [复制链接]

像古巴的关塔那摩被美国租借这样,世界上还有哪些领土被租借?
我说的租借地是有条约被租借的,领土主权并未割让,只是被租借XX年(永久租借也算),有租金付给租让国的(零租金也算,只要有租借条约规定是租借即可)。一些互相有争议的领土不在这个讨论范围内(没租借条约的)

关于关塔那摩基地,面积117平方公里,其中海港水面70平方公里,沿岸陆地47平方公里。
1901年2月25日,美国参议院外委会主席奥维尔·普拉特(Orville Platt)向美国国会提出一项关于古美关系的修正案(这就是著名的“普拉特修正案”),作为陆军拨款法案的补充条款。在美国无限期占领古巴的威胁和欺骗下,古巴制宪会议被迫在同年6月12日以16票对11票勉强通过这项修正案,并将它作为附录载入古巴宪法。修正案一共有八条,其中第七条的内容是:“古巴政府应向美国提供建立储煤站和海军基地所需之领土”。1902年5月20日,亲美的Tomás Estrada Palma就任古巴共和国首届总统,古巴共和国宣告成立。美国在确保其对古巴的控制后,才结束了其对古巴长达四年的军事占领,从古巴撤出军队,并承认古巴的“独立”。其后美国利用普拉特修正案于1903年2月租借了古巴的关塔那摩湾和翁达湾(Bahía Honda,在古巴西部)为海军基地。几年后,美国未经使用就放弃了翁达湾,代之以扩大关塔那摩基地的面积。租金为每年2000枚金币,约合4000美元,这一数额至今未变。1934年,美国总统罗斯福与古巴总统帕尔玛签订永久租用条约,规定只有该基地被废弃,或双方协商同意,古巴才能收回该基地。1959年古巴革命胜利之后,古巴革命政府要求美国归还关塔那摩基地,但美国一直不肯放弃该基地。

原来中国在清朝时期在朝鲜也有三处租界:仁川、釜山、元山,用于通商贸易及驻军,并在租界行使行政权和警察权,甲午战争后被朝鲜收回,今仁川唐人街即为当年仁川清租界的遗迹

辉煌个P,仁川租界始建于1884年,如果那叫辉煌的话,全中国人都会倒下去滴。

英国在塞浦路斯的这两块军事基地是殖民时代遗留的产物,并不是租借地,领土主权归属英国所有,属于英国的海外领地的一种,分别是该岛南端的阿克罗提利(Akrotiri, Ακρωτήρι)与东南角的德凯利亚(Dhekelia,Δεκέλεια)。

1914年美国租借该群岛做海军基地,1971年租约到期就归还给尼加拉瓜了,比巴拿马运河还要早呢,呵呵!!
现在该群岛属于尼加拉瓜的塞拉亚省

1882年朝鲜发生壬午兵变,清朝出兵镇压。1882年10月,李鸿章与朝鲜统理交涉通商事务衙门签订《中朝商民水陆贸易章程》,在朝鲜取得领事裁判权、海关监管权等一系列权益。1884年(光绪十年)阴历三月初七,中国又与朝鲜签订《仁川华商租界章程》。该章程包括11项条款和3项附加条款,规定清朝在仁川取得1.8公顷的租界地及0.7公顷商业用地,朝鲜方面承担清租界的街道、下水道、桥梁、房屋、码头设施建设费用,同时对住宅地和商业用地的等级区分、地价征收、年税、华商葬地和耕地等条款做了详细规定。

中朝签署《仁川华商租界章程》之后,日本也对朝鲜提出同样的要求,在仁川获得租界。英、法、俄、德等国则获得了各国共同租界和商用地,并设立了租界工部局,作为管理机构。清朝随后又与朝鲜签订了《釜山华商租界章程》和《元山华商租界章程》,在釜山和元山也获得了租界。侨居在清租界的中国商人(多来自山东)在仁川设立了仁川绅商协会,建立了济宁学校,清朝派出领事和商务委员进行管理,清租界内的市政设施则委托各国共同租界工部局代管。

1894年中日甲午战争爆发后,清朝在朝鲜的租界被日军占领。中日马关条约规定朝鲜为“独立自主之国”后,朝鲜go-vern-ment宣布中朝两国原订一切约条作废,收回清朝在朝鲜的全部租界和外交、关税特权。朝鲜go-vern-ment在1895年12月16日颁布了《保护清商规则》,对原清租界外的清朝商人居留地、朝鲜的管辖权、华商的经营范围和守则作出了规定。

1896年2月,大韩帝国go-vern-ment外部大臣金允植拟订了与清朝的外交约章,并于1898年9月与清朝签署《中韩通商条约》,完全废除了华商居留地,但允许中国商人仍侨居于原仁川清租界及华商居留地范围之内。两地后来发展为仁川唐人街,存在至今。

壬午兵变,1882年发生在朝鲜的一次政变。

1873年朝鲜李朝国王高宗亲政,兴宣大院君归政隐居,但仍试图插手干涉政务。1882年7月23日(阴历壬午年五月),朝鲜京城五营士兵由于连续十三个月没有领到饷米,聚众喧哗骚动,朝鲜宣惠厅虽然将刚运至京城的漕米发放下去,但是米中掺入砂糠等物,不堪食用。士兵与库吏理论,发生冲突,汉城捕盗厅要将为首士兵四人逮捕斩首。士兵们积怨爆发,同市民一起发动暴动,捣毁宣惠厅堂上官闵谦镐以及闵台镐、韩圭稷等外戚权贵宅第,夺取武库,攻打捕盗厅,然后包围兴宣大院君府第云岘宫,向大院君求助。此外还有几路士兵和市民分别攻打日本公使馆,处死日本籍的新军教官,开仓放粮。

7月24日,暴动士兵和市民攻入昌德宫,杀死躲藏在宫中的闵谦镐、李最应(大院君胞兄),并搜寻闵妃。闵妃化妆成宫女逃往外地。日本公使花房义质和随员也逃往济物浦(今仁川),由英国军舰搭救回国。7月25日,高宗召大院君入宫,委托其主政,并向暴动士兵宣布闵妃已经死于动乱中,士兵方才撤出王宫,放下武器。

逃到忠州的闵妃和逃回长崎的花房义质分别请求清朝和日本出兵朝鲜。直隶总督张树声和李鸿章派吴长庆率军在南阳登陆,不久赶到汉城。吴长庆扣留了前往中国军营拜访的大院君,并将其用军舰运回中国。清军同时逮捕了李载冕等人,并在汉城郊区逮捕参加过壬午兵变的士兵,闵妃集团重新掌握朝鲜政权。日本公使花房则于8月12日回到汉城,带来了1500军队和四艘军舰,逼迫朝鲜政府赔偿损失、同意日本军驻扎朝鲜。8月30日,日本和朝鲜就上述内容签订了《济物浦条约》。

壬午兵变后,朝鲜开始了近代化改革,设立内外衙门,训练新军。清朝为加强对朝鲜的控制,与朝鲜签订一系列条约,在朝鲜获得了领事裁判权和海关监管权,并在仁川、元山、釜山等港口城市设立了清国租界。

“洋务运动”时代在清史稿里被成为德宗(光绪)中兴。

事实上“洋务运动”比“百日维新”更激进,但最重要是确保了“旗族”的利益。

在“保大清不保中国”的“旗族”统治集团里对于维新里的“满汉平等,皇帝亲自统帅陆海军,改年号为“维新”,断发易服,迁都上海”是极端无法忍受的。

有着“保大清不保中国”的核心思想,清末的立宪就只能是假立宪了。

满清朝廷倒台就指日可数,而且后来的事实也证明了这一点。
