DEAD SUPERTALLS
Supertalls I deleted from the list in 2009. We better forget about them.
Nanjing Lu Supertall (Tianjin), 550m+. The plot merged with the 300mUnion Plaza. Now the new Union Plaza project has a tower of 488m(former NJL plot) and another around 250m (the former Union Plazaitself).
Yangtze Star (Nanjing), 510m. Too vague to be included as a feasibleproject. Maybe they'll launch it more seriously in the future.
Dynasty 123 (Xiamen), 500m+. Stale proposal by a tiny developer. Too unfeasible.
Jinling Fuguang (Nanjing), 430m. Stale proposal. Actually I thinkthat Suning Group's Xinjiekou Plaza could be at the same plot as thisold proposal.
Feng Long Center (Shenzhen), 400m~. Stale proposal. Maybe it will be re launched.
Ranjiaba tower (Chongqing), 400m~. Stale proposal and too vague.
Ritz-Carlton Project (Tianjin), 385m. Stale proposal, might be relaunched.
, 9: Shenyang Oriental International Plaza (Shenyang), 2x380m. Rejected proposal. They are building a 150m~ project instead.
Yan Zhao Tower (Tianjin), 378m. Stale proposal, dead project.
IBT Tower (Shenyang), 377m. Stale proposal, the developer will build midrises instead.
Dahutong IBC (Tianjin), 368m. Stale proposal. Likely to be relaunched.
The Torch (Yibin), 365m. Stale proposal.
Xi Shui Dong Project (Wuxi), 350m+. The final version has only 280m.
Chen Tower (Taipei), 335m. Stale proposal.
Foshan R&F Project (Foshan), 300m+. Stale proposal.
World Wine City (Yantai), 300m+. Cancelled by the developer.
Kaiyuen Group Project (Hangzhou), 300m+. Stale proposal, might be relaunched.
Moi City (Chongqing), 300m+. Stale proposal. Likely to be relaunched.
, 21: Botefeinouo Towers (Hangzhou), 2x300m+. Stale proposal. Theymay be approved in the future, but anyway they are unlikely to top 300m.
Newport Towers (Chongqing), 300m+. Stale proposal, dead.
Yiwu WTC (Yiwu), 300m+. Stale proposal and too vague either.
Dalian Eton Center 2 (Dalian), 300m+. Didn't reach 300m once the actual height was released.
Honqgiao Twin Towers (Tianjin), 300m+. They are planning only 1 tower it seems.
Xi'an CBD Masterplan (Xi'an), 300m+. Stale proposal. Too vague and too concept.
Fuzhou Simao Tower (Fuzhou), 300m. Revised downwards.
, 29, 30: South Station Cluster (Tianjin), 3x300m~. The final project will have one supertall instead of four.
Harbin North WTC (Harbin), 300m~. Stale proposal.
Yantian Center (Shenzhen), 300m~. Stale proposal.
CBD Masterplan (Qinhuangdao), 300m~. Stale proposal, too unlikely.
OTC Securities Plaza, aka Jin Wan Center (Tianjin), 300m~. Didn'treach 300m when the height was released. However they may add moretowers in the future, but it is too unclear.
, 36: Xinghe Group Project (Shenzhen), 2x300m~. Stale proposal.
