照理说，改名应该会照会邦交国的，这点，外交部应该比较清楚。

没找到直接证据，只有这个旁证。

根據日本外務省、美國中情局的資料都沒更改
估計這次資料或許是歐盟弄錯了或是不承認目前尼泊爾政權所致。
正如緬甸的國名不被接受一樣。

《方舆》考证,其实就依靠这个论坛。
我刚看了斐济，其政府网站都还是“斐济群岛共和国”。
我只要结论。
我需要看到斐济改名的依据，尼泊尔改名的依据。在这个问题上我认为可以慢，但避免错。
