先前做网站网页时，只看到2014年伊拉克增加了哈莱卜杰省（属于库尔德地区）。
今天才看到，当时政府设想的可不止这一个省。根据维基的资料：

2014年1月21日，伊拉克部长会议批准新设泰勒阿费尔省（分自尼尼微省）和图兹胡尔马图省（分自萨拉丁省）。
同时宣布安巴尔省分设费卢杰省，这个地方发生了逊尼派起义。
同时库尔德政府3月份批准设立了哈莱卜杰省（分自苏莱曼尼亚省）。
最后一个已经确认设立了，所以维基也把伊拉克的省数由18个
调整为19个。前面3个应该都是没有实施，Google我没找到什么东西
前列的第一组2个省，都靠近库尔德地区。像泰勒阿费尔在2014年被IS攻占，随后在那里跟IS战斗的，应该就是库尔德军，因为伊拉克政府军似乎撤离了。
不知道现在库尔德地区实际的
行政区划是几个省。
