28/30 Apr 1919 Provisional Workers' and Peasants' Government of Bessarabia
founded in Odessa (Odesa) exile.
11 May 1919 Bessarabian Socialist Soviet Republic is proclaimed at Odessa
claiming all of former Bessarabian guberniya, as part of the
Russian S.F.S.R., with provisional headquarters at Tiraspol. It
is dissolved on 23 Aug 1919 by the occupation of Odessa by
"White" Russian forces.
