歐盟再次表態！容克：加泰隆尼亞分離將導致歐盟分裂

歐盟執委會主席容克（Jean-Claude Juncker）13日表示，他不希望加泰隆尼亞獨立，因為這樣會鼓勵其他地區也這樣做，讓歐盟無法控制。

容克在盧森堡大學的一場演講中說道：「如果我們允許加泰羅尼亞分離，且這並非我們的事務，其他人也會這樣做。我不想那樣。我不希望15年內歐盟由98個左右的國家組成。28個已相當困難，27個也沒比較容易，但是98個的話就不可能了。」歐盟統計局列出歐盟共有98個主要地區。

容克並表示對歐洲的分離主義傾向「非常擔心」，並鼓勵西班牙總理拉霍伊確保局勢不會失控。

當提到加泰隆尼亞呼籲歐盟介入調解一事時，他則表示若僅一方要求這樣做，執委會就不能調解。「若執委會或歐洲理事會主席圖斯克只因一方要求調解而涉入，這將使歐盟被大大抵制。」

歐盟此前已表示對拉霍伊有信心，並將加泰隆尼亞視為西國內部問題。

你断错句了，NUTS2是242个，前面的1是NUTS1的后面那1.

哪98个？是把所有成员国的一级行政区加起来吗？

2021年的划分，把塞尔维亚也编了，但是没编科索沃。科索沃也没给NUTS0，整个灰着

科索沃还有部分欧盟国家没有承认，但又有部分欧盟国家承认了。
所以没法给编码。因为放在塞尔维亚内不合适，独立编码也不合适。
